1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PraisePro, a church service scheduling and management platform operated by Orlov Digital ("we," "us," "our"), owned by David Orlov and based in Sedalia, Missouri.
By creating an account or using PraisePro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
PraisePro is a web-based platform designed to help churches and worship teams:
- Schedule and manage worship services
- Coordinate team members and assign roles
- Accept and manage music submissions from congregation members
- Display service information in real time across devices
- Integrate with broadcast software (ProPresenter, OBS, and others) via RSS feeds
We may update, modify, or add features to the platform over time. We will do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.
3. Account Registration
To use PraisePro, your organization must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
The person who creates the organization account is the "Owner" and has full administrative control, including the ability to invite team members, manage billing, and delete the organization.
4. Subscription and Payment
PraisePro offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or yearly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start the trial.
- Billing: After the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using PraisePro. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- Price Changes: We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
- Refunds: We do not offer automatic refunds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@praisepro.app and we will work with you to resolve it.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PraisePro only for its intended purpose: managing church services and worship team coordination. You may not:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or our systems
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the service without our permission
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to PraisePro
- Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
The PraisePro platform, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is the property of Orlov Digital. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create within PraisePro (service schedules, team data, audio files, etc.). See Section 7 for details.
7. Your Data and Content
Your church owns its data. This includes service schedules, team member information, audio uploads, and any other content you create within PraisePro.
- We will not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes
- We access your data only as needed to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal obligations
- If you cancel your account, you may request a copy of your data before deletion. We will provide it in a reasonable format upon request.
- After account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep PraisePro available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We do not offer a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) at this time. If we need to perform scheduled maintenance that may cause downtime, we will provide advance notice when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
PraisePro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
- Our total liability for any claim related to PraisePro will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose
- We are not responsible for data loss caused by factors outside our control, including hardware failures, natural disasters, or third-party service outages
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.
10. Termination
Either party can end this agreement at any time:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity that harms the service or other users. We will attempt to notify you before termination unless immediate action is required.
Upon termination, your right to use PraisePro ends. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of account closure.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:
- We will provide at least 30 days notice before changes take effect
- We will notify you by email or through the application
- The updated effective date will be posted at the top of this page
If you continue using PraisePro after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PraisePro will be resolved in the courts of Pettis County, Missouri.
